Governing Law
The loan agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. Questions or complaints should be directed to the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. For additional contact information, click here.


Loan Amount
The minimum loan amount for Wisconsin residents will be $ 150.00.
The maximum loan amount for Wisconsin residents will be $1000.00.

Loans will be issued in $50 increments.


Loan Terms
Your loan will be due on your next payday that falls between 4 and 18 days away.


Extensions
Extensions can be done on your loan per Wisconsin statutes. Extensions, partial payments, and early payoff requests must be received at least 2 business days prior to your due date. On the 3rd and 4th extensions, a payment of $50 must be made towards principal in addition to the extension fee. You can request these updates to your loan by logging into your member account.


Fees and Charges
Your loan fees will be $30.00 per $100 borrowed.
