Governing Law
The loan agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of South Dakota. For

Loan Amount
The minimum loan amount for South Dakota residents is $150.00
The maximum loan amount for South Dakota residents is $500.00
Loans will be issued in $50 increments.
Due Date
Your loan will be due on your next payday that falls between 4 to 18 days away.
Extensions
You may extend your loan a maximum of 4 times by paying an additional fee before
the full amount must be paid. You are required by the laws of South Dakota to pay
down 10% of the loan amount with each renewal. This is in addition to the loan fee
that is also due at this time. This additional principal payment reduces the amount
you owe and the fee paid on the subsequent renewal will be lowered accordingly.
Extensions, partial payments, and early payoff requests must be received at least
2 business days prior to your due date. These updates to your loan can be requested
by logging into your member account.
Fees and Charges
Your loan fees will be $30.00 per $100 borrowed.
