Governing Law

Loan Amount
The minimum loan amount for Colorado residents will be $300.00.
The maximum loan amount for Colorado residents will be $500.00.
Loans will be issued in $50 increments.

Loan Terms
Your loan will be due on your next payday that falls between 4 and 21 days away.

Extensions
You may extend your loan a maximum of 1 time by paying an additional fee before the full amount must be satisfied. Extensions, partial payments, and early payoff requests must be received at least 2 business days prior to your due date. You can request these updates to your loan by logging into your member account, e-mailing to northdakotaloans@fastwirecash.com , or calling us at 1-800-221-9884. The maximum term of the loan and extension cannot exceed 45 days.

Fees and Charges
Your loan fees will be $20 per $100 borrowed.
