Governing Law
The payday loan agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado. Questions or concerns should be directed to the the State of Colorado Uniform Consumer Credit Code.

Payday Loan Amount
The minimum loan amount for Colorado residents will be $100.00.
The maximum loan amount for Colorado residents will be $500.00.
Payday loans will be issued in $50 increments.

Fax of Pay-Stub
By Colorado regulations, all Colorado customers must have a pay stub on file with FastWireCash when receiving a payday loan. If you do not have a pay stub on file that is current within one year, please fax or e-mail your latest pay stub (not over 45 days old) to ensure rapid processing of your payday loan. If you receive income by means other than an employer, please fax or e-mail other proof of your benefit income when applying for your payday loan.

Payday Loan Terms
Your loan will be due on your next payday that falls between 4 and 18 days away.

Payday Loan Extensions
You may extend your payday loan a maximum of 1 time by paying an additional fee before the full amount must be paid. Requests for extension, partial payments, and early payoff must be received at least 2 business days prior to your due date. You can request these updates to your payday loan by logging into your member account.
If the deferred deposit loan is renewed prior to the maturity date, you will be refunded a prorated portion of the finance charge based upon the ratio of time left before maturity to the payday loan.

Fees and Charges
Your payday loan fees will be $20.00 per $100 borrowed for the first $300 borrowed, and $7.50 per every additional $100 borrowed.
