How will I know that my payday loan has been approved?
If you apply for a payday loan on-line, you will receive an on-line notification advising you that you are pre-approved for the loan, pending verification of your information. If you apply directly with Customer Service via the toll-free number, you will usually be informed if you are pre-approved while still on the phone. Once your information is verified, you will be contacted with your loan status.

How and when will I receive my cash advance?
Your application will be processed within minutes after receipt. If you are approved for a payday loan and all information is verified by 5:00PM EST, you will generally receive your cash advance the following business day directly deposited into your checking or savings account.
When will my payday loan be due?
Can I pre-pay the balance on the payday loan?
You can pre-pay the balance of the payday loan or extension in whole or in part at any time prior to the due date of that balance. If you pay off early, you may be entitled to a refund of a portion of your fee.
Can I make a partial payment on the principal owed?
Yes. You can make a partial payment in increments of at least $5 on the principal owed on the payday loan without incurring additional charges above the charges provided in the loan contract.

If I change my mind, can I rescind my payday loan?
Yes. You have the right to rescind any payday loan made by us and cancel your obligations by 5:00 PM (of the time zone as specified in your loan agreement) of the next business day following the cash advance transaction without having to pay any charges provided that you return all of the loan proceeds received. To cancel this Loan Agreement, you must fax or email to us written notice of your intent to cancel prior to 5:00 PM (of the specified time zone) of the next business day following your cash advance transaction at support@fastwirecash.com or fax 800-416-5447.
Can I change the selection I made on my application for my Due Date Payment Option?
Absolutely. If you live in a state that allows roll-overs and you requested to extend the payday loan on the due date. In the event that we could not reach you when we attempted to contact you, you can pay the payday loan in full by contacting us at least 2 business days prior to the due date. You can also log onto your account to make the request. You can make a partial payment at any time before the due date. If you elected not to pay the loan in full on the due date, you can request to extend the loan until your next pay date and only pay the renewal fee on the due date, with the principal and fee due on the next pay date. If you live in a state that does not allow extensions of the payday loan, you must pay the full balance on the due date. You can also make a partial payment at any time before the due date. What is the cost to extend a payday loan past the due date?
The cost to extend a loan is an additional fee at the same rate of the original loan fee. Some states may require a percentage of the principal to be repaid with each extension. Click here to see the rules for your state.
If there are no requirements to pay a portion of the principal in the state where you reside, then on the third and subsequent extensions, you must pay a minimum of $50 towards the principal in addition to the fees due for the renewal of the loan until the payday loan is fully repaid. This is intended to be a consumer protection as payday loans are designed to be short term loans to meet an immediate need.
For Utah customers, if you request an extension and we grant that request, you may obtain an extension by paying at least enough to cover interest earned up to that point (usually the finance charge previously disclosed). We also recommend that you pay as much extra as you can to reduce your principal balance. You can extend your loan up to a maximum of 12 weeks from the loan origination date.
What happens if I can't or do not pay back my payday loan?
If you have not requested to extend your payday loan at least 2 days prior to the due date, or you do not have any extensions available, you must contact us immediately to set up payment arrangements. If you do not have the funds available in your account on your due date, we will initiate collection procedures immediately. You will not be eligible for future loans with us if you default on your payday loan.
Can I extend the payday loan if I am not ready to pay it back on the due date?
If you do not want to repay your loan on the due date, you may extend your loan until your next payday if you live in a state that allows payday loan extensions. When you log into your account, you will be advised if you have any extensions available, or you can call Customer Service at 1-800-221-9884. Extension requests must be received at least 2 business days prior to your due date.
For Returning Customers
Once I pay off the payday loan, how soon can I have another cash advance loan?
Generally, you can apply for a new payday loan after 2 business days ,unless there are specific requirements for the state where you reside. It usually takes 2 business days for your payment to clear your bank. Once we confirm that the payment has cleared, we can issue another loan to you. * North Dakota has a 3 business day requirement between payday loans.
How does the Return Customer feature work?
We truly value our returning customers and want to make your application process as fast and convenient as possible. Once you have applied for a payday loan with FastwireCash, your personal information is saved in our secure webservers and is protected by your private Customer ID and password. You will receive this ID and Password at the end of your first application process with us. To apply for another loan in the future, click on the Returning Customer link on the Home Page. Once you enter your ID and password, your pre-completed application form is ready for you. Once you review the application, update any information necessary and fill in the next pay dates, you are ready for your payday loan to be processed. What could be easier?

You can change your end of loan action (pay in full, extend loan, or make a partial payment) by logging on to your account. Note: End of loan payment options vary by state and the number of renewals you may have already taken on the loan.
