Once your information is verified, you will be contacted with your loan status.

How and When will I receive my advance?
Your application will be processed within minutes after receipt. If you are approved and all information is verified by 5:00PM EST, you will generally receive your money the following business day directly deposited into your checking or savings account.
When will my loan be due?
Can I pre-pay the balance on a loan?
You can pre-pay the balance of a loan or extension in whole or in part at any time prior to the due date of that balance. If you pay off early, you may be entitled to a refund of a portion of your fee.
Can I change the selection I made on my application for my Due Date Payment Option?
Absolutely. If you live in a state that allows roll-overs and you requested to extend the loan on the due date in the event that we could not reach you when we attempted to contact you, you can pay the loan in full by contacting us at least 2 business days prior to the due date. You can also log onto your account to make the request. You can make a partial payment at any time before the due date. If you elected to pay the loan in full on the due date, you can request to extend the loan until your next pay date and only pay the renewal fee on the due date, with the principal and fee due on the next pay date. If you live in a state that does not allow extensions of the loan, you must pay the full balance on the due date. You can also make a partial payment at any time before the due date. What is the cost to extend a loan past the due date?
The cost to extend a loan is an additional fee at the same rate of the original loan fee. Some states may require a percentage of the principal to be repaid with each extension. Click here to see the rules for your state.If there are no requirements to pay a portion of the principal in the state where you reside, then on the third and subsequent extensions, you must pay a minimum of $50 towards the principal in addition to the fees due for the renewal of the loan until the loan is fully repaid. This is intended to be a consumer protection as payday loans are designed to be short term loans to meet an immediate need.
What happens if I can't or do not pay back my payday loan?
If you have not requested to extend your loan at least 2 days prior to the due date, or you do not have any extensions available, you must contact us immediately to set up payment arrangements. If you do not have the funds available in your account on your due date, we will initiate collection procedures immediately. You will not be eligible for future loans with us if you default on your loan.
Can I extend the loan if I am not ready to pay it back on the due date?
If you do not want to repay your loan on the due date, you may extend your loan until your next payday if you live in a state that allows payday loan extensions. When you log into your account, you will be advised if you have any extensions available, or you can call Customer Service at 1-800-221-9884. Extension requests must be received at least 2 business days prior to your due date.
For Returning Customers
Once I pay off a loan, how soon can I have another loan?
Generally, you can apply for a new loan after 2 business days ,unless there are specific requirements for the state where you reside. It usually takes 2 business days for your payment to clear your bank. Once we confirm that the payment has cleared, we can issue another loan to you. * North Dakota has a 3 business day requirement between loans.
How does the Return Customer feature work?
We truly value our returning customers and want to make your application process as fast and convenient as possible. Once you have applied for a loan with FastwireCash, your personal information is saved in our secure webservers and is protected by your private Customer ID and password. You will receive this ID and Password at the end of your first application process with us. To apply for another loan in the future, click on the Returning Customer link on the Home Page. Once you enter your ID and password, your pre-completed application form is ready for you. Once you review the application, update any information necessary and fill in the next pay dates, you are ready for your loan to be processed. What could be easier?

You can change your end of loan action (pay in full, extend loan, or make a partial payment) by logging on to your account. Note: End of loan payment options vary by state and the number of renewals you may have already taken on the loan.
